Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you use Zat Lan, a service run by Han Studio. By using the site you agree to them.
01Using Zat Lan
You may use Zat Lan for your own personal, non-commercial viewing. You must be at least 13 years old. Some dramas may only be suitable for older viewers.
02Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example for abusive comments, sharing accounts commercially or trying to get around payments.
03Content and copyright
All videos, subtitles and artwork on Zat Lan are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not download, copy, re-upload, record or share them outside the site. If you believe something on Zat Lan infringes your rights, email us and we will review it promptly.
04VIP Passes and payments
A VIP Pass gives access to all episodes without ads for the period you bought. Passes do not renew automatically. Prices are shown in Myanmar Kyat before you pay. Payments are non-refundable once a pass is active, except where the law requires otherwise or if the service was not available because of a fault on our side.
05Comments
Be respectful. Do not post hate speech, harassment, spam, personal information of others or illegal content. We may remove comments and block accounts without notice.
06Advertising
Free episodes are supported by ads, including ads served by Google. We are not responsible for the products or websites advertised.
07Changes to the service
Dramas may be added or removed at any time, for example when a licence ends. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Zat Lan means you accept the updated terms.
08Liability
Zat Lan is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the service.
